Good condition, no cracks, or dings. I’ve had it in a case and screen protector since I first got it. I took the screen protector off for photos. Comes with a box and all contents aside from power cord. Phone is unlocked and has been erased and reset. I used it with Verizon but it can be used with any carrier.

ONLY FLAW: Defective audio receiver (known defect in iPhone 12 and 12 Pros, see photos for explanation). I purchased this phone Dec. 2020. Meaning you cannot hear a phone call unless you have headphones in or it is on speaker. Sold as is.
