If you use a monitor that is 2k or 4k you will need a different HDMI cable to get 120hz at that resolution, 120hz at 1080p works as expected.

I checked Xbox Elite for drift with 5% dead zone on Rainbow Six and didn't get any drift, for the Razer Wolverine 12% dead zone on Rainbow lead to no drift
